Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or cinnamon sugar)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup yogurt (optional)
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Pour into prepared pan, and cook for about 60 minutes. Enjoy this tasty snack!
