Ingredients:
- 6 small cloves of garlic
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 15 ounce cans of chickpeas drained
- 7 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin
- pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- crackers or pita chips for serving
Directions: Peel and mince the garlic. Add the garlic and salt to food processor along with chickpeas and lemon juice. Next add cumin, nutmeg, Greek yogurt, and olive oil. The more you mix, the smoother it gets. Enjoy!
